Pastor José Antonio and his late wife had decades of missionary work together in Colombia, and they planted dozens of churches together. In their 44 years of marriage, they were blessed with five children who currently exercise the ministry in various places. Today, Pastors José Antonio and his daughter, Gladys Ruedas, minister to children in Soacha and run Heirs Christian Church and their outreaches to the community.

Ministry of the Gospel, protection of children, biblical discipleship, medical and psychosocial care, nutritional and food support, music, and art to bring attention and intervention against child abuse and maltreatment.
