The Israelites had to bring sacrifices before the Lord multiple times throughout their whole lives, including a sacrifice for every time they made a mistake. We don’t have to go through what they did, because Jesus became our sacrificial Lamb. His sacrifice covers all of mankind’s sins, once and for all.
